About Second Home

Second Home was founded in 2025 by three passionate students who faced the same frustrating problem: finding genuine accommodation near their colleges.

As students from Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering (DSCE) and IIIT Hyderabad, we experienced the nightmare of dealing with fake property listings, unreliable brokers, and misleading information when searching for PGs and flats.

Fed up with the rampant fraud in the student accommodation market, we decided to build a solution. What started as a mission to solve our own problem has become a platform that verifies every property, eliminates fake listings, and ensures students can find authentic accommodations with complete transparency.
